We endeavour to deliver your items in a timely manner; your order will be packaged and posted on the day you place your order providing the order is received prior to 4pm ( so we can make the post and prompt delivery can occur). Because our skincare is handmade in small batches we do run out of stock and in this case if your order has to be made it will take a little longer, however we will inform you of this and do our best to deliver your freshly made order as soon as we possibly can.

Because we rely on Australia post please expect a 2 - 4 DAY DELIVERY time frame for metropolitan areas in Eastern Australia.

Unfortunately sometimes this delivery time can take longer.

 

Please allow extra business days for regional & remote areas.
Delivery to these areas can take up to a week in some cases.
