Returns Policy
Amisi products are freshly and lovingly handmade to order or in small batches. We take great pride in creating products that are fresh and full of vitality for the benefit of your skin and well-being.
Amisi Skincare handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.
In the case that your products arrive damaged, defective, or incomplete, or it is significantly different from the sample or description on our website, please contact us immediately by phone or email and you will be issued with a new replacement product or a refund, provided the goods are returned in a timely manner. We will not issue a replacement or refund if the product has been opened and used.
A product or good has a major problem when:
- It has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying it if they’d known about it
- It is unsafe
- It is significantly different from the sample or description
- It doesn’t do what the business said it would, or what you asked for and can’t easily be fixed.

We cannot accept returns of products that cause a skin reaction, since this type of response is caused by an individual’s sensitivity to an ingredient, and cannot be predicted by us. If you have known sensitivities then we do advise to review our ingredient profile lists attached to each product and determine if there may be a possible allergy risk, for example violet leaf face oil contains hazelnut oil, and you may be allergic to nuts also the Gardenia balm contains Mango butter and some people are allergic to Mango butter. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding its is best to avoid essential oils, but please check with your physician.
