Our Rose Hydrosol is organic and is steam distilled from the highly fragrant petals of Bulgarian Rose Damascene flowers. Rose hydrosol contains over three hundred different compounds from the plant. Unlike most typical hydrosols, this is not a bi-product of essential oil distillation; instead it is produced exclusively as a highly fragrant rose water. Can be used directly on the skin as a toner to help retain moisture and revitalise the skin. Spritz when travelling to cool & hydrate.

Hibiscus boasts high levels of Vitamin C and other anti-oxidants, such as flavonoids, Flavonoids found in Hibiscuses are responsible for the flowers demonstrated ability to help heal sores and wounds. Vitamin C in hibiscus helps to promote anti-aging and anti-oxidant properties required for collagen production. Collagen is essential in maintaining healthy-looking, young skin.
Sodium PCA is hygroscopic, (attracting moisture from the air), thus helping to keep skin hydrated. Sodium PCA occurs naturally in skin and is part of your skin's "Natural Moisturising Factor" (NMF). Our natural moisturising factor can diminish with age and so may need a little extra help to protect the skin and keep it hydrated and supple.
Wheatgrass Extract Is a surprisingly good source of Vitamin A estimated to have twice the amount as carrots! It also contains a range of B vitamins useful for maintaining skin barrier function and hydration.
Natural Preservative (Benzyl Alcohol, Salicylic Acid, Glycerine, Sorbic Acid) This is an ecocert approved preservative and suitable for organic skin care formulations. Ecocerti is an organic certification organization, founded in France in 1991.
